Step 1. Go to KPIs menu → click New
Step 2. The Add KPI form will be displayed. Fill in the following fields:
Name: Enter KPI name (e.g. KPI - November).
KPI Month: Select the month and year this KPI applies to. The KPI will be evaluated within this period.
KPI Template: Select a KPI Template that was previously created. The predefined targets and weights from the template will be automatically applied.
Only active KPI Templates are listed in the dropdown.
Employee: Select one or multiple employees to assign this KPI to. The system will automatically generate KPI records for each selected employee.
KPI Status: Select the current status of the KPI. Available statuses:

Step 3. Click Save
Step 4. Click Edit to adjust KPI details if required
Step 5. The target values and weights for each KPI metric will be displayed. Update if necessary, then click Save again.
When you are ready to start tracking performance, change the status to In Progress.
KPI Detail
Overall Progress: Overall KPI performance for the month.
The detail page includes the following tabs: KPI Overview, Daily, Product, History, Note
KPI Overview tab
Displays a quick summary of each KPI target and its achieved results, along with pie charts.
Each pie chart shows Target vs Achieved.
Target Type: 6 default KPI targets (Total Order Value, Order Count, Successful Visit, New Customer, Walk-in Customer, Debt Collection).
Target: Required value to achiev
Achieved Value: Actual achieved result
Achieved Percentage = (Achieved Value / Target Value) * 100
Daily tab
Display KPI of each day and progress achieved.
The system automatically distributes monthly targets into weekly and daily targets (including holidays/weekends in the distribution).
Example:
If the monthly revenue target for April is 30,000,000 VND and April has 30 days,
then the daily target = 1,000,000 VND/day.
Daily Feedback:
Managers can give feedback for each day:

Product tab
This tab helps optimize the amount of goods to be loaded on the van each day based on the daily breakdown KPI and the accumulated shortfall from the previous day.
It helps the seller know what products and how many units to get to meet the KPI.
